CryptoGate

A custodial crypto payment gateway you can actually run a business on. Merchants accept crypto on seven chains, hold a balance, swap between assets, pay out singly or in bulk, and share hosted payment links. Ships as a Flutter mobile app, a Laravel and Filament backend with a REST API and merchant dashboard, and a marketing site.

Both accounts sign in from any device without waiting for an emailed code, so you can review immediately. The demo runs on test networks, so every balance and transaction you see is testnet value, not real funds.

Built on a double entry ledger

Every movement of money is a balanced ledger posting. Balances are derived from the ledger rather than stored and hoped for, every posting group sums to zero, and one service is the only writer. Amounts are exact decimal strings end to end, never floating point, so nothing is lost to rounding between a deposit landing on chain and a payout leaving.

What merchants get

• Deposits on Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Ethereum, Polygon, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, Solana and USDT, each with its own address derivation and confirmation policy.
• Withdrawals with per asset minimums, fee estimation, address validation and a 24 hour movement cap.
• Swaps between any two supported assets, quoted server side with an expiring price so nothing settles at a stale rate.
• Bulk payouts from a CSV, validated in full before a single row is accepted, with maker and checker approval.
• Payment links and donation pages, hosted and shareable, with a status page the payer can watch.
• A REST API with signed webhooks, API keys and idempotency.

Money safety, built in

• Maker and checker on payouts. Whoever approves a batch cannot also broadcast it.
• Broadcast at most once. An ambiguous provider failure keeps the hold and escalates for review rather than refunding a balance whose coins may already be in flight.
• Idempotency everywhere. A resubmitted payroll cannot pay everyone twice, and a reused key carrying different rows is refused rather than silently discarded.
• Reconciliation that re derives balances from the ledger and reports any drift.

Account security

• Email confirmation at sign up. No account is usable before the address is proven.
• Device recognition, with an emailed code for any device the platform has not seen before.
• Two factor authentication, deliberately preserved through a password reset.
• Login activity with IP, device and location, plus alerts on a new sign in.
• App lock with biometrics, a PIN fallback and a configurable inactivity timer.

English and Arabic, with right to left

The app ships in English and Arabic with full right to left layout. Translations are two plain Dart maps, so adding a language means copying one file and translating it. A test asserts every language carries an identical key set, so a half translated build fails before it reaches a user.

For the buyer

• Admin controlled everything. Assets, fees, minimums, confirmation counts, plans, business details and legal pages are edited in the admin panel, not in code.
• Subscription plans, optional. Gate features and assets behind plans billed in crypto, or switch billing off entirely and earn on transaction fees alone. Off by default, and off means every feature is open.
• Tested. 479 backend tests and 31 app tests ship with the source, so you can change something and know at once whether you broke it.

Third party services and costs

The platform runs on the bundled configuration with no third party account needed for the admin panel, dashboard, ledger, payment links or payouts. Blockchain connectivity uses a node provider, isolated behind a single service class so it can be swapped, and email uses any SMTP server or transactional mail API. Any fees charged by those providers are billed by them, under your own account, and are not included in the price of this item.

What you need

• PHP 8.2 or newer, MySQL or MariaDB, Composer and Node for the backend.
• Flutter for the mobile app. Android and iOS both build from the same source.
• Standalone HTML documentation is included, covering install, configuration, rebranding and the API.

CryptoGate is a self hosted product. You run it, you hold the keys, and you set the fees. Nothing routes through us.
