License Agreement - LuminaDev

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, LuminaDev grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased source code ("Item") according to the terms of your selected license type. This license is perpetual, meaning it does not expire.

2. What You Can Do

Use the Item to create a single end product

Modify the Item to suit your needs

Combine the Item with other works to create your end product

Use the Item in a single domain/application

Access free updates for bug fixes and security patches

Receive our free installation service (where applicable)

3. What You Cannot Do

Redistribute or resell the Item as a standalone product

Use the Item in more than one project without additional licenses

Share your license key with others

Remove or modify copyright notices in the source code

Use the Item for illegal purposes

Claim ownership of the original source code

4. License Types Explained

Regular License

The Regular License allows you to use the Item in a single end product for personal use or for one client. The end product cannot be sold or offered for free to end users. This is suitable for internal business tools, personal projects, or client work where the end product is not distributed.

Extended License

The Extended License allows you to use the Item in a single end product that may be sold or offered for free to end users. This is suitable for creating a SaaS product, a mobile app sold on app stores, or any other product where end users pay for access.

Unlimited License

The Unlimited License removes the single end product restriction, allowing you to use the Item in unlimited projects. This is ideal for agencies, development teams, or individuals with multiple projects.

5. Domain Locking

Your license is tied to a single domain. You may change the domain once through your dashboard. For additional domain changes or questions, please contact support.

6. Support and Updates

Your purchase includes access to our support team and future updates. Support is provided for:

Installation assistance (free installation service included)
Bug reports and fixes
General usage questions

Support does not cover:

Customization or modification requests
Third-party integrations not included in the Item
Issues caused by modifications to the source code

7. Intellectual Property

LuminaDev retains all intellectual property rights to the Item. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Item, not ownership of the underlying code or designs.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Item is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. LuminaDev does not warrant that the Item will be error-free or uninterrupted. We recommend testing thoroughly before deploying to production.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall LuminaDev be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Item.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Item and destroy all copies.

11. Changes to This License

We reserve the right to modify this license agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of purchased Items constitutes acceptance of any changes.
