Overview

Due to the digital nature of our products, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues.

When You May Request a Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is significantly different from its description
  • The product has a major defect that prevents it from functioning
  • We are unable to resolve a technical issue within a reasonable timeframe
  • The product was purchased in error (before downloading)

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not available if:

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading the product
  • You lack the technical skills to use the product (we offer installation services)
  • The product works as described but doesn't meet your expectations
  • Your server or hosting doesn't meet the product requirements
  • The request is made more than 7 days after purchase

Installation Service Refunds

For installation services, refunds may be available if:

  • We are unable to complete the installation due to issues on our end
  • The installation is cancelled before we begin work

Refunds are not available if the installation is completed or if issues arise from incorrect information provided by you.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order number and detailed explanation
  3. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages
  4. Allow our team time to investigate and respond

Refund Process

If your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued in USDT to the wallet address you provide.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:

  • Only part of the product is defective
  • You've used the product for an extended period
  • We've provided significant support
