Due to the digital nature of our products, we handle refunds on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any issues.
When You May Request a Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product is significantly different from its description
- The product has a major defect that prevents it from functioning
- We are unable to resolve a technical issue within a reasonable timeframe
- The product was purchased in error (before downloading)
When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are generally not available if:
- You simply changed your mind after downloading the product
- You lack the technical skills to use the product (we offer installation services)
- The product works as described but doesn't meet your expectations
- Your server or hosting doesn't meet the product requirements
- The request is made more than 7 days after purchase
Installation Service Refunds
For installation services, refunds may be available if:
- We are unable to complete the installation due to issues on our end
- The installation is cancelled before we begin work
Refunds are not available if the installation is completed or if issues arise from incorrect information provided by you.
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order number and detailed explanation
- Include any relevant screenshots or error messages
- Allow our team time to investigate and respond
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued in USDT to the wallet address you provide.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if:
- Only part of the product is defective
- You've used the product for an extended period
- We've provided significant support
