1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using FoundrCode ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of service
FoundrCode is an online store for premium digital products including source code, scripts, templates, and related digital goods. We also offer paid installation, deployment services, and an affiliate program.
3. User accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You must be at least 18 years old
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts
- You may not share your account with others
4. Purchases and payments
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Prices are listed in USD; Stripe handles currency conversion based on your billing region. We never store your card details.

5. License terms
On purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license per the tier you select:
- Regular License — Use in one end product where end users are not charged.
- Extended License — Use in one end product where end users may be charged (SaaS, paid app, in-app purchases).
6. Prohibited uses
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased products
- Use products in a way that violates any applicable laws
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or licensing files
- Use products to create directly competing products for resale
7. Installation services
Installation services are provided as-is. We require server access to perform installations and are not responsible for issues arising from your server configuration, third-party services, or information you provide.
8. Affiliate program
Affiliates earn commissions on referred sales per the published terms. Commission rates and payout policies are subject to change. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity, including self-referral and incentivized clicks.
9. Intellectual property
All products, trademarks, and content on FoundrCode are protected by intellectual property law. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it under the agreed terms — it does not transfer ownership of underlying intellectual property.
10. Limitation of liability
FoundrCode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Service.
11. Changes to terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
