7. Installation Services

Installation services are provided as-is. We require server access to perform installations and are not responsible for issues arising from server configurations or third-party services.

Affiliates earn commissions on referred sales. Commission rates and terms are subject to change. We reserve the right to terminate affiliate accounts for fraudulent activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All products, trademarks, and content on LuminaDev are protected by intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of intellectual property.

LuminaDev is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Service.
