Every integration is keyed in .env. Leave a key blank and that feature gracefully no-ops — the in-app inbox still works without FCM, sign-in still works without Zauthy.

What's NOT in the box (be honest)

• No AdMob, no IAP SDK, no cryptocurrency wallet code.
• All money movement is a simulation against the local MySQL ledger — not a real banking system. To handle real money you'll integrate a Banking-as-a-Service provider (Unit, Treasury Prime, Synapse, Bond) or a card issuer (Marqeta, Lithic, Stripe Issuing). BankingService and CardService are isolated for clean swap-in.
• Third-party services (Zauthy, Supoora, PostaLynk, Twilio) bill you directly. Free tiers cover dev + early production.
